Last fall, Rachel helped me declutter and organize years worth of stuff that was taking up space in my house (mainly outgrown children's toys, memorabilia, old books and VHS tapes, etc.) I wouldn't have known where to start without her, nor would I have made as much progress without her help! In only 4 sessions, she (along with various assistant organizers) had transformed our sunroom, basement, foyer and garage. Rachel kept me on track and helped make the decluttering process painless. She had a straightforward sorting system (keep, donate, toss) and having her take the items for donation at the end of each session made sure that they didn't find their way back into my home. She also had some inexpensive organizational solutions to keep these areas functional and looking neat on an ongoing basis. I would highly recommend Rachel - she was friendly, professional and reasonably priced. She always responded to my emails quickly and arrived for our sessions on time. I will absolutely use Order in the House again.
If you have a large volume of stuff to declutter and want to make progress quickly, I also recommend having Rachel and one of her assistant organizers. I couldn't believe how seamlessly they worked together and how quickly things moved with two organizers. Each of my sessions was only three hours (four hours for the garage) and that was the right length of time to tackle a room with the help of two organizers.
