Home Safe Inspection and upgrade
After being dormant for 20 years, the aluminum wiring in my 1975 house started arcing again. There have been decades of people playing with the electrical that most likely weren't certified electricians. I called in Birnie Electric and Terry did a full inspection. Every socket and fixture was wired incorrectly for aluminum wiring or needed replacing, including the outdated circuit breaker. I was provided with a full report and decided to do absolutely everything to correct the hazards. Terry & Derek spent 3 days here to correct everything, then came back to put the new breaker panel in. I highly recommend Birnie Electric. They are very professional in all aspects of their work. There are no longer any problems with the electrical in this house and I have received The Certificate of Acceptance from the Electrical Safety Authority.
The price includes the initial inspection work as well as a complete overhaul of everything within the inspection report.
