Abc Appliance Repairs

We contacted this company on a Wednesday afternoon for a broken refrigerator. They sent someone out the next morning at 9 AM. Vlad immediately diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and scheduled to fix the fridge the next morning (they had to order the part). They were great about talking to my landlord on the phone to arrange authorization and payment. The next morning, they called before 8:30 AM to let me know the repair tech would be there by 10 AM. He came, fixed the fridge and was done by 9 AM. This is a great company.

My stove clock was making noises. The stove itself worked, but it was gas, and I thought this would be a hassle. For a week, I had been calling my (now former) steady appliance company and never heard a word, my friend had referred me to Abc Appliance Repair. Tina from there called me back promptly, scheduled a convenient appointment for me, and Repairman Vlad arrived when they said he would. In and out in 40 minutes--ok, they charged me the full hour rate ($60), but at least my stove is quiet once again, and that's $60 I can deduct off my next month's rent (thanks, Mr. Landlord). I’m very happy with the service, thanks guys.

I was so impressed with Vlad from ABC APPLIANCE that I was compelled to write this review, even though he didnt ask me for it. It's hard to find trustworthy people in the repair service business but Vlad is an absolute gem. My washer needed to be looked at and it turns out it only needed minor repair. It took about 20 minutes to fix but Vlad didn't want to charge me anything!!! I had to force him to take 50 bucks. He was so professional. If you need an appliance repaired, Vlad from a ABC should be your first call. Thanks Man.

I wasnt sure who to call, so many companies, but you never know who is good and who is not. So i've read couple of reviews and decided to go with ABC....I have to say, I was very pleased and surprised!!!! First of all Vlad was very nice and flexible, he arrived on time and was very professional. I had few things at the same time that I needed to be fixed: oven and a washing machine (i was thinking to buy a new one). He took his time, was very careful and fixed everything! I was so happy that I dont need to spend money on buying new appliances, that I took Vlad's card and gave it to all my friends. I hope he will have more customers. There are not that many professional people out there. Thanks Vlad!

I have used Chris from ABC several times over the last few years.
He is always, prompt, professional, very helpful with his advice and honest. We were lucky that most of the time he had the necessary small replacement parts in his van, which was very convenient. He gave us options with costs to fix our dryer, but advised us when it was time to buy a new one because it wasn't worth fixing again. I've also recommended him to friends and they were very happy with his services.

It is pretty bad when you just went to Costco and suddenly your fridge stops working. You are in a race against the clock to save everything before it goes bad. I saw Vlad had good reviews, so I called him. He was at the house within the hour even though he said it could be up to three. He was able to quickly determine it was the fan motor and left to go pick it up. He was back in 30 minutes and all was fixed for $150!

Sooo, my gas fireplace went out just as winter hit, so neediness to say I was disappointed when I started to contact repair centers and told their next availability was over a month away! ABC Repair was able to schedule a tech to come to my house the next day. Not only were they timely, but the fireplace looks great! Vladimir, the tech, was knowledgeable and professional! He kept me informed of his arrival time. He cleaned up the mess in the house and the fireplace. No dust on the glass!

I will remember ABC Repair for any appliance repair in the future!

My oven stopped working all of a sudden, just as I was beginning my career as the resident baker on the job. This essentially ended my lengthy career of two baked loafs. Not so soon, Vlad to the rescue! I called Matt the Thursday before the Christmas weekend. He came out the following morning. (This is significant because I called at least two other companies that couldn't come out until the Tuesday after. After checking my stove, he determined in a matter of minutes what the problem was and ordered the parts that day. He returned, a few days later with the part. In goes the new computer board and voila, a working oven!
Vlad saved me money. Having the oven repaired was a lot cheaper than purchasing a new stove. Who has time for another unnecessary large purchase? Thanks to Vlad, I saved a bunch of money and I now live to bake again!
