I would not trust AGM with a cent of your hard earned money.
We booked a full kitchen renovation with AGM and work began in sept 2022, after demolition we were left without a kitchen for 2 months (completion was an estimated 5-8 weeks) then work finally began.
Over the following several months we were subjected to a rude and incompetent project manager who we had to hound constantly to get anything done, several of our cupboards were built the wrong size, several of which were rebuilt wrong again and one of them took 4 times being rebuilt before it was finally done right. The drawers had to all be redone as they began breaking due to poor build quality. currently we still have a drawer that makes a scraping noise the cabinet manufacturer says is due to the whole cupboard being out of square.
The electrical was done poorly and after live wiring was left floating in a wall and the project manager told us the "master electrician" says its fine we were forced to involve the ESA to get things fixed properly.
The night the sink was installed and we were told we were all set to use it it caused a flood because the vent on the air line had not been installed but they "figured it would be ok" so told us to go ahead.
No lockbox was provided for the contractors to get in despite it being stated there would be and repeated we got abrupt calls from the project manager asking if anyone was home because a contractor was on the way. We asked for months that garbage be removed from our garage despite it being stated that would be removed regularly. damaged caused to our hallways etc was quickly and poorly patched and left that way despite a promise of "it will be like we were never here" and many many more issues.
Finally in September 2023 AGM decided our project is complete. Nothing has been signed we were offered a pitiful refund and when I suggested a counter offer all contact has ceased.
Every step after booking the reno has been truly terrible with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would avoid this company at all costs.
