Very professional company. We were very satisfied with the work that was done. When there was an issue it was discussed first before fixing it. I would highly recommend them for any Reno project and would use them again.

After two bad renovations long ago (very mean contractors and one that could not stick to a timeline) we were very vary of starting a new project. After meeting with Hamid (after interviewing 5 other contractors) he was the only one that seemed to treat the basement like his own place and with reasonable pricing. Best renovation team in our entire renovation experience hands down. Hamid and his team worked diligently, punctually, and always treated the place like it was his own. His suggestions and ideas were always valuable to us. We initially just wanted a small update to bathroom and kitchen in basement and when we kept wanting to add on new things to renovate (essentially the entire basement) he always accommodated and was very easy to bounce ideas of and never complained about anything. Excellent service I cannot recommend them enough. I will always use them for future renovations. I would give them more than 10 stars.

Hamid and his team were very punctual and did a full main floor bathroom reno replacing walls and ceiling with perfection and on time! The quality of the work was excellent and we are very pleased with the outcome! the cost was 7500 for bathroom in the pictures.
Hamid and his team also did our basement kitchen, bathroom and laundry room and did a superb and thorough job and finished it in time. We are very happy with the results! We would recommend Hamid and his team to anyone as they exceeded all our expectations! If we need another in our home, we will definitely want them to complete it as we completely trust their work and their word!

We had a bathroom repair to be done and found Hamid and his crew through HomeStars. We were worried it was going to be a complete overhaul, but Hamid came in, assessed the issue and walked us through the 2 or 3 scenarios. He was super attentive, super responsive and completely followed the agreed upon schedule. In the end it was done on time, on budget and it was the best case scenario for us (easiest and cheapest), which goes to show Hamid's honesty as he could have suggested the larger job. I can not say enough great things about Hamid and I would recommend him for any job in the future and will definitely use his services again if required. He even followed up with a call 3 weeks later to ensure everything was fine. Class act and great quality.

We had four bathrooms to renovate, and considered three highly recommended contractors from Home Stars. Although all were impressive, with similar prices, we were most impressed with Hamid, of Pro A & R Renovations Group, Inc. His price was the middle one. He came across as very knowledgeable and, more importantly, sounded very genuine and re-assuring. He quickly understood our needs and made useful, practical suggestions. So we hired him to do two of the four bathrooms.

We are very happy we chose Hamid. He gave us a satisfactory schedule, and when we changed our deadline he willingly accommodated us. Hamid and his team showed up on time each day, and worked quietly, making sure they checked with us when our preference was needed. At the end of each day they cleaned up thoroughly. Hamid even did a few extra things he thought the bathrooms needed, at no extra charge. He offered sound advice each time we were faced with a choice. Hamid and his team completed the job on time, and their work looks very professional. They pay careful attention to the smallest detail. Our family and friends are also impressed with the work. We are looking forward to Hamid doing the remaining two rooms in the spring, and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality work delivered on time, on budget, and with a pleasant smile.

The Pro A&R team did an amazing job. We had a full basement with bathroom renovation, plus the laundry room, starting from concrete floors and walls. Right from the beginning, the quote was detailed, and the work on budget and on time. Hamid and Rhida have an incredible eye for the finishing detail right to the end. They are also thoughtful about the execution of the work, easy to speak with and flexible to make adjustments. They were on site every day. I would not hesitate to recommend Pro A&R.

Hamid and his crew did a great job with our renovation. Our main floor was completely gutted to the studs and we were happy with the work right to the end. From the initial visit right to the final details of the renovation, Hamid was honest and realistic with both time and cost of the job. He was there on time every day and if we showed up at random times, he dropped whatever he was doing to speak to us about the task at hand and what work was projected in the days and weeks to come. He also did a great job communicating any speed bumps along the way via text or phone and always providing a solution. If there were any upgrades to the original quote or changes, Hamid was flexible and tried to provide solutions that he thought would best suit our requests. My only advice is to do your research and be ready with exactly what you want for the most accurate quote and timeline. This was our first major renovation and the time spent figuring out what we exactly wanted paid off as it would some decisions could have been difficult if forced to do on the spot. Hamid was involved in all aspects of the job - demo, insulation, wall removal, drywalling, painting, install of tv mount, tiling, flooring install, shelf install in closets, plumbing, appliance installation, and more. The work site was cleaned adequately every day. Anything they removed or relocated was handled with care, like our new shutters. Overall we were very happy with the workmanship of Hamid and his crew, the tradespeople he worked with (kitchen designers/installers), and the overall customer service they were able to provide. I would definitely recommend Pro A&R and use them for any future renovations.

We had hired Pro A & R Renovation Group to renovate our main floor bathroom last year and were so happy with the work that we hired them again to finish our basement. Once again we are extremely pleased with the end result. Hamid and team showed up early everyday, worked hard all day and always kept the site clean. They are respectful, thoughtful and do quality work. With our particular project there were a number of unforeseen delays due to uncontrollable factors, however, Hamid and his crew were committed to completing the job and went above and beyond to accommodate the delays.
