Great work Poor customer service

We're very sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our company. We have set an internal investigation to see what exactly happened, but after the service was done we call all of our customers indicating that the job was complete. We will look into this and see why you did not receive one.

We're very sorry you were not happy with our work. In regards to downspouts, that is an extra charge ontop of the eaves trough cleaning. We'd be more than happy to add it to your work order if you'd like. If the problem was with the eaves, we would be able to clean them within the 48 hour grace period.
