I really appreciate the detailed workmanship the MOJ contracting team put into transforming my mom's house from a fixer upper to an updated ready to move in show house. The company not only did quality work but completed the work on time A really professional job!

We had an out of date kitchen and hired MOJ Contracting. The renovation went smoothly and we got the kitchen of our dreams. Lionel, his team and suppliers were all professional and clean. Very happy with the result and look forward to enjoying our new kitchen.

We are so pleased with the work that MOJ contracting did for us. We were given their name by a friend of ours who used their services. They were professional and thorough. We had them upgrade most of our house from flooring to painting. Lionel showed us some samples of products he could get, once decided he and his team did the rest. SO HAPPY! We hired MOJ Contracting to redo our main bathroom. Lionel and his team were great. Clean,on time and helped us along the way to get the bathroom we wanted. Thank you for your work, we won't hesitate to use you again.

Be careful when specifying materials and you need to stay on top of deficiencies with MOJ Contracting. We had a shed built and new railings installed for the front of the house. Despite the contract stating that the material for the shed would be cedar the material actually used was pine. When we questioned Lionel about using pine his excuse was that cedar was not available in the widths required. Regarding railings for the front of the house we exchanged photos specifying the type we wanted however he used a different product than what was originally specified. This is not the product we wanted but by this time we just wanted to finish the project. In addition the original contact included a job that the contractor declined to do 3 months into the project (eyebrow window). While the final invoice did reflect an adjustment for work not done, there was no indication that the work would not be attempted – we only found out when we asked about it. Now we’re left to find another contractor to finish the work on the house. In the end everything looked fine but as there is a lack of attention to detail requiring several calls to point out and correct deficiencies.

Absolutely will recommend MOJ contracting to anyone looking for a contractor that is honest, reliable and understands customer needs. Lionel and his team did a fantastic job with our project, understanding our needs, using his knowledge and experience to guide us where decisions had to be made on material, style and design. Loved the fact that I could comfortably hand my house keys to Lionel and team, be at work and knowing that we are in good hands, as we are getting exactly what we asked for, all done to code, on schedule and with a great price tag!

We hired Mr Odd Job on the recommendation of friends. We wanted to renovation our bathroom to bring it more up to date. They were great! they showed up on time every day and did a fantastic job. We would recommend Mr odd Job to anyone who wishes to have honest reliable renovators in their homes.
