Service person arrived on time and completed the service as scheduled, cleaned up the area as requeired and then tok the time to shovel the snow below the exhast pipe outdoors to be sure it would not block it should it be more accumulation, gave me advice on that and a few items to look for going forward heater wise, great service and will recomend them to anyone that expects great service ant a fair price
