I wanted to have the Back Water Valve(BWV) installed after the floods in Mississauga. I called Drain Rooter Plumbing and Mike was quick to respond and came to my house at a short notice. He was able to locate the drain where the BWV had to be installed and gave the price / quote on the project. After talking to him we realized he has vast knowledge in this field (since this is my first house we have limited knowledge of this), he took time and explained to us in detail the process he would follow to have the valve installed. We agreed on a date when the valve was going to be installed and Mike and his crew were on time for the appointment and did the work efficiently and cleanly.
