Alex was the third plumber I contacted regarding a tricky leak in the second floor bathroom. The first plumber didn't find it, the second found it, but then ghosted us.
Within a few hours, Alex found the issue, and then repaired it. It wasn't an easy location to work in, but Alex and Terry were able to get the job done.
