In the middle of kitchen renovations and doesn’t my hot water pipe start rattling...again. Three years ago I was told I needed to change my faucet. Paid for that plus installation and figured problem was solved. Nope. My bathroom started rattling as well. I also paid for installation from Home Depot and still, a week later, haven’t heard from. I went through Home Stars, found Toronto Plumber.ca, called at 8:30 am in the morning and Alex came out right away. He figured out in less than 10 minutes that it was my water heater. Thank God. I also asked him to install my dishwasher before my new floors go in, since Home Depot is just abysmal with installation services. I am so happy I could cry. Really thought I was going to have to replace pipes and dig through a wall. Alex took me step by step what happened and to inform Enbridge of my Water Heater issues since I rent it from them. Mission accomplished. Home renos back on track. Only using Alex from now on. Call this company people. Amazing service.
