Poor workmanship, lack of attention to detail, did not meet schedule, workers coming late and leaving early and at times no work done for several days, lack of respect to customers, unprofessional. Workers very sloppy and low standard of cleanliness. Job completed about 1 month late. I did have extras but I also removed scope so this delay was unwarranted. Plumbing of ALL three vanities that was installed was leaking. One of them is still leaking after 3 attempts to fix the problem. Shower slope of the new basement bathroom was inadequate and had to be repaired. Half of the shower floor was ripped out and edges installed in the middle on the side where water was pooling. So you have an uneven shower floor with edges that have become sharper in time and a SAFETY HAZARD. You still get puddles while showering and standing water after a day. The shower floor now looks crappy after the repair. New bathroom floor tiling is uneven. New bathroom vanity not centered possibly due to walls not installed straight. Hole on ceiling near pot light. Drywall tape coming off ceiling. Laundry tub faucet that was supposed to be re-used was left behind new drywall install and inaccessible. The painting is rubbish done without proper sanding and filling. Door frame is uneven. Workers found my mop on the 2nd floor laundry room to use for the final clean up. They put it back filthy. Contractor offers 1yr warranty on his work but good luck finding him and getting him to complete deficiencies. Contract has a payment schedule but does NOT have a timeline for completing deficiencies. Contractor responsive while work is been done but ignores calls and messages to discuss deficiencies after he completed the work and fully paid. Contractor was supposed come one day to work on some of the deficiencies. I took day off work but he never showed and without a phone call. The work was completed in Sept/2017 and most of the deficiencies mentioned are still outstanding. Contractor makes all kinds of excuses. Left numerous phone messages and texts in last 2 weeks and absolutely no response. Contractor has now blocked my phone number. I have attached pictures showing some of the items mentioned. I would NEVER recommend this Contractor to anyone.

unfortunately, we didn't have the greatest experience with Lou. His team was on time and all that , but they don't do a proper job or look into details. the paint job was rubbish, was done without proper filling and sanding. He put a recycled trim for our doors , and he didn't like when we mentioned it. The water in the new shower he built doesn't flow smoothly so you end up standing in a puddle while you shower. the glass door leaks from multiple joints . The worst part is , he would promise you one year warranty on his work but GOOD LUCK finding him. My husband tried to reach him multiple times with no success. So i would never recommend LOU to anyone and put them in this situation, he only asks for money which we paid on time according to the schedule he provided.

We had Luis come in and renovate our Basement (added custom bar, flooring, electrical, and paint) and he did an amazing job. He then completed the kitchen (new tile floors, backsplash, electrical) and we're very happy. We now have hired him to come back and do the fireplace mantle and some shelving. We would highly recommend CC's and are happy we found them on Homestars!

CCS Contracting and Lou Dias are the best in their class when it comes to home renovations. Pat and I were extremely pleased with the way Lou was able to understand our needs and wants and provide us with ideas that transformed the entire house into our dream home. The entire first floor and 2nd floor of our home was renovated at a reasonable cost, which included demolition, wiring, flooring, drywalling, new trim and doors, new staircase, new bathrooms, new kitchen layout and laundry room. He won our business, when he articulated our vision with precise details and he was able to keep the cost within our budget. His attention to excellent workmanship was evident daily through the entire process. Just before Christmas, we noticed some settling with the cold weather, we called Lou to tell him and he was over the same week to do some minor repairs. Pat and I will definitely recommend CCS Contracting to anyone who is looking to do major renovations like we did. Thank You Lou we love our home!

A huge thank you for the outstanding bar that Luis built! I am very happy with the final look! I received numerous compliments from friends and family on the bar! My basement is finally finished! Would strongly recommend Luis for any project!

My wife and I purchased an old home in the Danforth area. The home was over 50 years old and needed a lot of work. Lou and his crew came in, begun the work in a timely manner and finished on time and on budget. They cleaned up every day and overall did an excellent job! From new drywall, hardwood floors, new tiles and paint, Lou made our dream home into a reality.

There were a number of leaks in my basement that resulted from the severe winter this year. Luis and his team located all of them and fixed them with a complete drywall repair wherever he had to break it. He also removed any mould that accumulated as a result of the leakage. Luis is very professional, trustworthy, and always on time. i will definitely use his services again.

I would like to thank CCS contracting for the amazing job they have done. Working with Luis and his crew was an amazing experience. He is really professional and trustworthy. One of the best parts in the basement renovation was the playhouse for my little girl. I asked to make a playhouse under the stairs and although other contractors refused, Luis crafted a beautiful playhouse and all of my three kids love there. Also, his team was always on time and ensured the construction area was kept clean. Every little detail was taken care of beautifully, even last-minute requests. I highly recommend CCS contracting. Thank you Luis! You deserve a full 10 rating!

We recently had our entire home rewired from aluminum to copper and that left us with many small holes to fill. CC's was referred to us and for good reason. Luis came out right away to give us a quote. He was professional, friendly and fair. He arranged to have his crew come in far quicker than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. The guys showed up on time and got right to work. Cody was very informative, answered every question we had and explained each step of the process as they worked. Cody was accompanied by J.R and Ricky who worked very well together to get the job done and minimize the mess. This crew came in, worked hard, cleaned up their mess and left us as little dust as possible. The final touches were done by Luis and J.R. in a couple hours and the work was done. The process that might have taken us several weeks took only three days leaving the walls and ceilings ready to paint. We are very happy with the this team and would recommend them in a heart beat.
