We have been using Command Alarms since 2011. Jeff was recommended by our realtor and we couldn't be more happy. We are definitely not just numbers to him but clients who he personally calls to follow up on any alarms or error messages (99% of the time due to one of us doing something incorrectly). We have also been happy with the monitoring service he uses. Fully recommend Command Alarms if you are looking for security as well as peace of mind.
