C&S Cleaning Solution

please please please don't buy their vouchers. the worst. cancelled on me twice. they are not worth your time to save a little bit of money. they don't tell the truth. they are awful. they are rude. they are not living up to their vouchers.awful company. fowl. please please don't use them

I bought a voucher from Living Social for C&S Cleaning. When they finally returned my emails (voice mail was full) - they were rude and completely unaccommodating. When I booked the cleaning in April, they gave me a date in August. They were curt, unfriendly and unprofessional - like I was an incredible inconvenience to their business. When I needed to change the date (because we had a wedding on the one date they could book) - they stopped returning any emails. Please DO NOT buy a voucher from them and more importantly, do not give them your business. Thankfully, LivingSocial immediately reimbursed me the full amount after I made them aware of this company so that they could also no longer their service as an option. Don't waste your time or money.

I had recently bought a voucher from Wagjag for C& S cleaning as we were moving into our new house and just wanted some one to clean it before we moved in.

I had scheduled an appoinment months in advance (For May 1st) just to be on the safe side and even called and confirmed the day before the appointment (April 30th). The lady said the appointment is confirmed and someone will be there at 9:00AM. I was at the house all day starting from 8:30 AM as we were supposed to move in at 12.

No one showed up or even called to let me know what was going on. As a matter of fact I called them / emailed them a number of times and left VM. Finally around 10 AM a lady answered and said she will get back to me after checking where the cleaners are but never did.
We had to move in the our house yesterday and that's why I had scheduled my appointment months back for May 1(which was confirmed again on April 30th over the phone).

I've never written a review about anything in my life. The service from C&S is extremely shady and unprofessional. I purchased a 10 pack of cleaning vouchers in Sept.
- We tried reaching them for weeks with no answer and received our first cleaning in Dec.
- We wanted cleaning every other week and were told that was not possible until February.
- Our February 11 session was rescheduled by your company to March 11 (Effectively meaning it was cancelled)
- The March 11 session was canceled by your company
- We have had two sessions to date, December and January.
- Their owner(s) refuses to deal with me on the phone. Via email she said "...I personally think that I will be calling to speak to someone and I'm going to be disrespected and yelled at. Therefore I can reschedule your appointment through email if you would like..."
- The reasons for the cancellations and delays and slow (if any) response... nothing.
It is honestly the most unprofessional organization I have ver dealt with.

Customer service is horrible. They are cold and rude. I bought a coupon from them and they would not accept it becaue it was literally 2 mins (by foot) away from the area they had set. I would have been more understanding if they were nicer about it - but no chance. I will never do business with them again.
