We recently had HomePro in to perform a panel upgrade and were extremely pleased with the prompt response we received to our email inquiries. We had a timeline by which the upgrade was needed and electricians Tim & Brian were able to make it happen on schedule. They were friendly and knowledgeable and more than willing to explain what needed to be done, what was done and why. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I was impressed with the email confirmation of the appointment identifying by picture and name which technician would be coming to my home. Also appreciated the presentation on the company including certifications and registrations.

Although it was late in the day, they did their best to fit me in. Tim was very professional, and informative. Not only did he solve the issue, he discovered an problem left by another company. Great service!

Prompt, courteous, professional service. Tim & Shaun arrived in the morning to quote job - gave them the go ahead and hot tub was hooked up and ready for filling by the afternoon. Perhaps a little pricey but cost includes electrical inspection. Peace of mind knowing that the job was done properly. New to KW - would definitely use their services again.

Very happy with the service. I called at 8:10am and the electrician was on site at 9:00am. He investigated the problem, fixed it and also installed a surge protector on our system. all done by 11am. I would use them again; the gift card for next service is just a bonus! Very professional and polite service as well.

A great customer experience all round. We had two faulty electrical sockets in the kitchen and Home-Pro Electric were able to come around the next day to diagnose and fix the problem.

Brian was polite and attentive - calling ahead of time to confirm the appointment. When he arrived, he introduced himself, wore covers on his shoes to protect the floor and presented his licenses to ensure I was reassured about his electrical skiils.

He examined the sockets, talking through what he was doing at each stage and did a neat and thorough job to replace the outlets. No mess was left - everything was cleaned up as it had been found.

Punctual, competent and friendly service, with good advice. However, charges were very high for about 40 minute's work. As a result, we will not be using your company again, nor recommending it to our friends.
