Used other HVAC businesses for my home in the past. They were expensive and always tried to up sell.
A few years back I was referred to Dwayne by a friend and haven't looked back.
Recently, my 18 year old Hot Water Tank sprung a leak and needed replacing. I texted Dwayne, he sent out Jeremy & Chris who had a new one installed within 24 hours.
Always professional and friendly.
When my furnace needs replacing, I'll be calling them.

I called Dwayne to get my heater serviced as it wasn't firing at the beginning of the pool season. He sent Chris over right away. Chris was absolutely thorough in cleaning the unit, inspecting the temperature sensor and ignitor, and bleeding out the gas. He even came back when I thought I smelled gas and did a quick diagnostic to make sure everything was running smoothly. I appreciate their customer service, speed and professionalism. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone.

We were in urgent need of a new furnace and decided to replace our water heater at the same time - it was less than 24 hours from the time we first made contact with Dwayne that he and Chris had taken care of us completely! Very good and fast service, thank you guys we really appreciate it!

I emailed Cool Flame 630am re: furnace repair.635am the owner Dwayne emailed me back advising they could come the same day. Late morning to early afternoon between 11am and 1 pm. Chris the tech arrived around 1pm.I explained the problem with the furnace. Chris quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly fixed the furnace. In the middle of a heat wave, our A/C conked out. My regular guy was on holidays for another week; I called the sub he left who could not give me a time when he could come over. Our a/c died on the hottest weekend of the year. Dwayne replied to me on a Sunday, and had his amazing tech Jeremy out to my house Monday morning.
