I just want to say that Dwayne is an honest, knowledgeable, reliable and cool guy. He did right by me when the fan on my 30 year old furnace went in the coldest days of winter. He gave me clear options with no sales pressure when I asked about a new furnace. I had no hesitation going with Cool Flame when I decided to replace the old one in the spring.
