Hats off to Sonny and his crew for a job well done -- the experience was a pleasure from start to finish. Very pleased we chose to work with Toronto Comfort Zone for our fireplace retrofit and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The install crew (led by Raza) were professional, courteous and worked with a high attention to detail.

We were most pleased with the services provided by Toronto Comfort Zone. What we appreciated most was their cooperation in working through a complicated renovation project with 3 fireplaces to be installed at three different times to accommodate the sequence of work. This meant that they had to return three times to do the installations. It also meant that they had to store 2 of the units at their facility until the house was ready for the installations. They never complained about this inconvenience and never once suggested that there would be an increase in cost (unlike some or our trades).

I highly recommend this company. I used them to convert an outdoor wood-burning fireplace to gas. Sonny is extremely knowledgeable which made it very easy to select the right gas unit. His crew was top-notch and did an excellent job installing the unit, which was not simple as it was necessary to extend a gas line from the house to the unit and this gas line was concealed under a closed deck. His contractor then filled in large gaps around the unit with tiles which matched the existing ones perfectly. The result looks incredible. It is impossible to tell that this was a conversion from wood-burning to gas. I would definitely use this company again.
