First, thankyou Homestars for helping me find Toronto Comfort Zone. This sales to installation experience was 10+ and exceeded our expectations. From our initial call to Sonny it was evident he was knowledgeable about his products and installation process. Very impressed with his professionalism and customer service focus. That initial call prompted us to visit his store and sales and installation followed. We highly recommend Toronto Comfort Zone.

The brief was the create a fireplace in our 1880s Toronto home that looked like it could have been there forever. This was an entirely new build and the team did an awesome job from consult to delivery. Would recommend to anyone!

I had my gas fireplace removed. The team removed it and some of the surrounding structure, capped the gas line and sealed up the outside vent with a metal panel. The team was efficient, throughout and respectful. Much thanks for a job well done

Sonny and his team came through with flying colours. We needed a fireplace to replace an old gas one within a limited time frame and they made it possible within less than a week. The installers came in, did an amazing job, including drilling a new vent and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Highly recommend.

We had a wood burning fireplace in our basement family room which was drafty and not very energy efficient . We called Sonny to explore options for replacing it with a gas fireplace. He came out to our house very quickly and gave us several options, all of which we were happy with. We chose a gas fireplace that was in stock and it was installed quite promptly. Our space had some unique challenges but Sonny and his electrician were able to solve these . The installers arrived on time and did a great job with minimal mess. We now have a beautiful gas fireplace with remote that we can turn on in an instant and heat the space effectively and beautifully. Very pleased and highly recommend Toronto Comfort Zone

My fireplace had not been functional in quite some time. Same did an amazing job. He took it apart, cleaned it, looked like new, tested for gas leaks and to our delight, got it working again. He is meticulous in his work ethic , not a dust particle escaped him. He is a lovely man and a pleasure to do business with.

Sam was very professional and did a meticulous job in tuning our gas fireplace. He also completed a carbon monoxide test which is so important to keep the family safe. I highly recommend Toronto Comfort Zone.

Sonny was very knowledgeable and gave us a couple of options for our fireplace that didn't meet many requirements for gas inserts. I appreciated his honesty and finding a fireplace insert that could be installed to code. Although there was a delay in getting the custom backerplate, the installation itself was fast and clean. Would recommend using this company!
