Sonny came home and measured our space after us visiting the store. He designed our new fireplace and gave us a quote. He delivered and installed our fireplace before the date he promised and we are really happy with it. Awesome service and prices!

This was a seamless and worry free process the whole way through. We met Sonny at his store in Toronto, he was very helpful and approachable and outlined all of the available options without any pressure. He was then available whenever we had a question about options and guided us through the buying process via email or phone. Installation was quick and easy and the end result is beyond our expectations. We are very very happy with the final result, the fireplace looks incredible. We wanted to install a gas fireplace in an old fireplace dating from 1912 which had limited space. After seeing the website for Toronto Comfort Zone we visited the store at 18 Lola Road where Sonny Raissi gave us material on a number of options. One of them seemed ideal, Valor Portrait, and we ordered it. Sonny visited our home to ensure that all would go according to plan. Two weeks later the unit was installed - very neat and tidy workmanship. We were able to use it immediately although one finishing piece had to be installed a few weeks later to complete the job. The delay in installing the surround trim was due to the fact that it had to be custom manufactured here in Toronto. We are completely satisfied with the product and its installation which included adding insulation between the back of the unit and the brick wall.

The work was done very efficiently. It required extensive interior and exterior wiring as well as careful placement of the fireplace on the wall. Good care was done at all stages of placing and mounting the fireplace

Great customer service. Being in the middle of construction we realized that we needed fireplace urgently as the other work around it was on hold. We called Sonny for a quote. He came to our home the next day to consult with us. The fireplace arrived in 10 days and it was immediately installed.

Toronto Comfort Zone sold and installed our Capella 33 fireplace insert. Sonny went through all of our different options in detail, making our decision easy. He also did a site visit to ensure all the installation requirements had been met. The installers also did a great job and left no mess behind. I would definitely recommend Toronto Comfort Zone.

We had an old insert gas fireplace surrounded by a wall of brick and very large hearth made of bricks. Once we removed all the bricks we were left with an off-centre non-symmetrical firebox hole in our basement wall. We had a vision of what we wanted and were very nervous that we could find someone that could execute it all. We did our research on HomeStars and were impressed with the reviews for Sonny. We called Sonny and setup a visit to our home. From the moment we met Sonny we knew we were in good hands. Sonny is very patient and expertly answered all of our many questions. He is a wonderful professional to work with. We explained what we wanted which was not a very straightforward job and Sonny brainstormed with us on how to achieve it. After a few weeks of discussions via phone and emails (sending pictures back and forth) we settled on a design which included: a new zero clearance fireplace vented through the chimney with an approved adapter, framing around the fireplace creating a new 12 foot insulated wall with symmetrical recessed panels on each side, plus a custom molded cast stone mantel. Sonny spoke to his team to determine the final pricing. The quotes for the jobs were very competitive and we decided to proceed with Sonny and his team to do the work. Sonny co-ordinated with his team and us and everything proceeded smoothly. The gas fireplace installers were efficient, clean and did a great job. The framer was excellent and was able to transform the space into a wonderful new wall area. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions asked and made sure the job was proceeding as we expected. His attention to detail and neatness were very much appreciated. The mantel creator/installer did an amazing job at creating the custom mantel that we asked for. The mantel installation was done perfectly and neatly and put the final touches on a beautiful new fireplace area! We highly recommend Sonny and his team to take care of your fireplace projects. We needed to replace our old gas fireplace. Sonny at Toronto Comfort Zone explained the options and answered all my questions. He quickly followed up and the installer showed up on time on the appointed day. The installer did a great job of removing the old gas fireplace and installing the new one, even managing to preserve the existing mantle.
