With our existing central air unit, our 120 year old heritage home has always struggled to stay cool, our 4 upstairs bedrooms becoming hotter and more humid as the summer progressed. I had been speaking to Dan about installing a separate split unit for our upstairs bedrooms, and of course I decided to go ahead in the middle of a heat wave. Even though they were obviously busy, Dan was able to put together a crew to install the same day, and secure a great price on the unit we needed. Our upstairs is now cool and comfortable- no more hiding in the basement! Air Leaders was quick, efficient and more affordable than I expected.

Had water heater not working and AC leaking.
Prior company came and didn't do anything about it, claiming they couldn't do it alone or that they needed parts that we will have to wait weeks to get (without warm water...).
The water heater company recommended Air Leaders, they showed up the day after and repaired both the water heater and all AC units in few hours. They already had the part that needed fixing and made sure to share the best practice we had to do to avoid future issues.

Since we moved to our new house, two years ago, we were experiencing ongoing problems with our A/C, until Dan from Air Leaders came to check it.
It took Dan 30 minutes to find all the problems, some of them were related to incorrect installation. Dan patiently explained to me the alternatives and the cost of each one and we decided to replace the A/C with a new one and to make some minor changes to the duct system.

On the installation day, the team arrived as scheduled, were knowledgeable, efficient, and tidy. At the end of the installation, Dan came to check everything and to make sure that everything has been done accurately.

Air Leaders is definitely going to be my go-to company when it comes to HVAC.

Like everyone, our journey began when our annual check up for our AC ended with a " your AC is not working/dead".

Per usual, we went to HOMESTARS to find a trustworthy company. Air leaders had no bad reviews which is what we typically look at. Yes we look for the # of bad reviews but AIR Leaders was the only one without bad reviews.

Dan promptly came to provide both advise and quote which ended in an installation several days later. Dan is honest, genuine and so is his team. He put the clients' needs ahead of a sale. He listened first and never oversold which we truly deteste during quote visits from any tradesmith out there.

We purchased a Trane after having a YORK for 11 years.
