A new house was being built very close to our 100 year old one. During the big rains this fall, water started coming thorough the disturbed soil around the rubble foundation of our house, along the new construction. Andriy and his team did an expert job in waterproofing this side. Since the foundation wall was uneven, they practically building a second concrete foundation wall next to it. Everything was done on schedule, with thorough attention to detail, and evident expertise. When the job was done, the site was cleaned up entirely--it is hard to say that construction has been going on there, and --at one point--mountains of soil were offloaded in the back yard.
