Elite Team Home Inspections

My real estate agent referred me to Lighthouse Inspections for the home inspection I needed. They were pretty good overall, but the one complaint I have is that I wish they would have been more definitive with their observations. They were saying ‘maybe this and maybe that’ about the house, but nothing was for sure. Apart from this aspect, they were fine.

My fiance has a family member that works for Lighthouse Inspections so that’s why we chose them for the home inspection. They really did a good job. The guy we met, I think his name was Michael Ida, was thorough and on time. And we had no issues with the whole process, so it was great.

Our real estate agent gave us a list of home inspection companies we could use and Lighthouse Inspections happened to be on that list. We chose to go with them and everything was great. The guy who did the inspection arrived early, plus he was friendly and explained what we needed to know clearly. Overall, a good choice for home inspections.

My sister used Lighthouse Inspections in Toronto so we went off her recommendation and decided to seek out Lighthouse Inspections for Mississauga East & Bramton. We actually used them for two home inspections and they were really great. The people I talked to were friendly and answered all my questions, so we had a good experience with them.

My real estate agent recommended I use Lighthouse Inspections. They did a pretty detailed inspection of the home I’m going to move into. The person that did it was on time and nice. So everything was okay, but I do think it was a bit too pricey. And, we’ll see when we move in the house how good of an inspection they actually did.

I wanted to take the opportunity to say how happy we are with the service we received from Michael. My Fiancé and I are in the midst of purchasing our very first home, and didn't exactly know what to expect throughout this whole situation. Michael was extremely prompt in setting up a time to meet me at the house and complete our home inspection. He was there on time, and explained to me what the inspection would entail and how we would go about it. He was extremely professional, attentive, and thorough. He allowed me to walk with him and explained everything, good and bad, as he saw them, including some tips for how to make some of the areas in the home better moving forward. He is very knowledgeable and checks everything very thoroughly. The report I received was very informative, well presented and easy to understand. I contacted Michael after finding him on the internet and scheduled an appointment. He was prompt and flexible for the time i needed him, considering it was a last minute call. He was responsive for all the little changes that happened in our scheduling and showed up on time. Upon inspection, Michael completed a very thorough inspection and took a look at all necessary components. His report was very thorough and well done. He took the time to walk me through it and brought up all appropriate matters to my concern. He also provided advice on improvements that i needed. Good job michael! We will have an ongoing relationship.

Michael provided an excellent service. His level of professionalism and industry knowledge combined with a high level of attention to detail and elaborate explanations resulted in a great experience. We would recommend his services to our friends and family.

Mike is just an amazing inspector. He's very professional, down to earth, very knowledgeable and thorough in his work.
Mike did the inspection for a property we're considering to purchase. He explained to us all issues in detail. I could really see he knew exactly what he was doing. We actually encountered something unusual where the seller got totally unreasonable and rude with Mike & us, telling us to finish the inspection in about 1/2 hour less time than he agreed to. He was getting out of control, put of line, & was having unwarranted rage on us. Mike dealt with this in a very professional manner.
Other than the handling of this weird character, Mike did an excellent job with the inspection. He told us what the defects were and clearly gave his professional opinion on how expensive this purchase would turn out.
I am glad we'd Mike & will continue to use his services in our current house purchase.
