Hi Kal, we take every complaint seriously and would like to help resolve the issues. In order to do that I need to know if in fact it was me that did the inspection as we have 15 other inspectors and I don't normally do the Hamilton area. Please send me the address and date of your inspection via email to mtita@lighthouseinspections.com. We do test the appliances and write the serial numbers in the report - please double check that the appliances have not been switched by the seller. Also, sometimes if there is a long closing items can get damaged after the inspection or even during move out. In your email please let me know what work was required for the electrical repairs as it is uncommon that condos would require such extensive repairs.
