Penguin Basement delivered on quality of the work and the promise time of 3 weeks completion was kept. They were professional and easy to work with. The project manager Fabio took it personal to ensure customer satisfaction. The architectural and technical planning was collaborative and each we were kept up to date as the land unfolded. It is important for anyone using this company to do your own research on prices as they are a bit pricey. Overall they worked well and on schedule.
