He listened to our needs and helped us arrive at a decision that we are NOT regretting. I thought that would be the end of our relationship with Griff, but I have come to understand that a great Master Spa dealer does the majority of their work after the sale. Griff and his team have provided fantastic after sales service - they are quick to respond to all my questions when I call or email, they offer free and fast delivery of supplies and their prices are competitive. These guys came out to help me start up my hot tub which I took over as the owner of a new house. They didn’t charge me which was very kind of them. They explained some basics of the hot tub and took a lot at the parts to make sure it’s in working order. I would definitely work with them again.
