Disabled seniors left to sort out own wheelchair ramp???
Although the snow stopped last night my Aunt and Uncle wheelchair ramp and walkways have remained uncleared as of 11 am this morning. Yes we called and advised they needed to go out via paratrasit to a doctors appt this morning and have not even received a call back......

Hello,
This is an unfortunate situation. Our shovellers go out only once per snowfall and only at the end when the snow has completely stopped. We dispatched our crews accordingly. We did have a crew leave without finishing their route and therefore the lists were completed the morning of the 13th. If you sent an e-mail or left a message with our office we would have immediately contacted a shoveller to rectify the situation As we do our best to respond to everyone in a timely fashion sometimes we just fix the issue. As I do not know the address in question I am unable to verify that the work is now complete. We had people out yesterday completing routes therefore it is my hope that your Aunt and Uncle have been taken care of at this point.
