As an Xplornet supplier, Connextions has repeatedly taken care of any issues we have encountered in a timely and efficient manner. After the recent windstorm they had our antenna up quickly. had a terrific encounter tday that put my faith back in the working person .steve installed an upgrade to my internet just when l was about to cancel my service due to explornet giving me the run around and delay tactics ,but when steve arrived he was very courteous and most professional and even fixed a problem no charge to my tv sattellite,kudos to your technician connextions and give him a pat on the back at the water cooler,l shall continue to use ur services happily.

James and Alvin installed our very first central vacuum and we are extremely pleased with their service. They both were prompt, courteous and professional. They patiently explained the process and tested each outlet for proper connections. Although we haven't used the vacuum that much, but as far as the service goes, I would give them max stars!!

Steve installed our Xplorenet dish and related wiring. He called when he was on his way; arrived on time; did his work efficiently and left no mess. Because it did not work as well as hoped in the first location, he came back and moved the unit (not the dish) at no charge, again calling before he came, coming on time and working efficiently when here.

I would like to express our extreme satisfaction on the recent installation of internet services at our house.
Being a city family, who move to a farm area, the biggest miss was a fast internet service, especially when you have teenagers at home.
We try to find the best service and after several tries, Steve from your company went above and beyond to fulfill our needs.
He came to our place in January and he tried to get signal from Explornet but he couldn't since the radio locator provided by them was defective. Our teenager was really disappointed.
Two weeks ago Steve knowing our situation, after installing Explornet on one of our neighbors and getting good signal, Steve do not hesitate to contact us and offer the service.
Steve came yesterday and quickly and effective install the service and after 2 years of trying to get High Speed internet, our son was smiling like we have not see him in a while.
The whole family is EXTREMELY HAPPY with Steve professional service and kindness.

The internet hardware setup at our rural home proved to be a bit complicated, but he showed such great patience and creativity. He was bound and determined to get it all working for us – and he did!
