I chose Williams HVAC because they were the right combination of reviews, price, and equipment. Not only did they do a great job installing the new equipment (Thanks Kyle!), but they also did a lot of work to ensure our mechanical room was up to code. We had a bit of a miscommunication regarding the installation of a subpanel for the AC, but I was very impressed with how Chris handled the situation. He definitely made me feel like a valued customer, and I would have no issue recommending them to friends and family.

Chris is incredibly professional. When making the quote I inquired about a more expensive unit, and he took the time to explain that my house wouldn't benefit from it at all. He's very quick with responding to communication, and the install is immaculate.

When I had my ducts cleaned a few weeks later, the company that cleaned them commented on how well everything was installed. It's been 2 months since everything was installed and everything is running smooth. I have no regrets and would use and endorse them again.

Before Christmas 2014, my 42 year old furnace began to fail. It was time for replacement. I referenced 5 companies, one of which was Williams HVAC.

The 4 other companies were not nearly as professional as everyone I dealt with at Williams. Chris and his brother Kyle were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Even after my never-ending questions, they remained professional, and I couldn't stump them on the install. They covered all the bases, and installed a 97% efficient furnace and humidifier for a very competitive price.

These guys know their stuff, and they enjoy what they do - it showed in their pride of a job well done.

The installer was prompt, and very polite. He worked hard to finish the installation before Christmas so we could have a working stove and ensured his work created minimal damage. His quote was accurate.

We were looking to replace 2 furnaces and add AC in a 30+ yr old home. Piping/venting logistics were a big concern. After talking to 4 alternates Williams provided the best combination of installation strategy/product/price. Friendly, knowledgeable and careful installation. Call-back needed for minor issue with city code. Very happy. Highly recommended. AC to come in the spring.

We hired Williams HVAC after getting several quotes for a complicated job. We needed to replace 2 50 year old furnaces, two old hot water tanks and have A/C rough-in. One company was in and out and had several quotes out to us right away. The next took several weeks as they wanted an engineer to come in because the job was very complicated according to the installer. Williams was the last quote and I immediately felt comfortable with Chris, the owner. He explained the difficulties of the job and carefully inspected everything until he had a plan. His quote came in very close to the others and my confidence that he could do the job well was enough to chose to use them. The installers were respectful and clean. It was the smoothest experience we have had with a contractor to date. We are very happy with the new equipment which also includes two humidifiers and two very cool thermostats. I would absolutely recommend Williams HVAC.

After receiving an independent recommendation and reading the reviews on HomeStars, we had Chris in to replace two furnaces and two A/C units in our new (to us) home. Chris was great at walking us through our options and fully explaining why putting in a single-unit zoned system, as suggested by another contractor, wouldn't be ideal in our scenario. His installation team was on-time, efficient and very polite. Follow up service was equally impressive, including finding a solution to a couple of lingering issues. Overall, it was refreshing to deal with someone who emphasizes customer service, shows up when he says he will and delivers a quality product at a reasonable price. I would recommend without hesitation.

The installation was done in one day, was carried out as discussed with the estimator, and the work was as neat and proper as could be expected from excellent workmen. The area was cleaned up, the installation and operation was explained to us, and all the old parts were taken away. There is nothing further we could have expected.

Fantastic job overall! Service was provided in a timely fashion from when we had initial quote to final installation, the team was punctual and went above and beyond to ensure everything was properly installed, up to code, and that we understood the maintenance and changes after. Needed to replace both. Got quotes and chose Williams HVAC after Chris did an estimate and explained exactly how and why the work would be done. They showed up when they said and did excellent work. Would recommend because of the work and no high pressure selling or upselling.
