This is my first time buying a home. Mike explained the results of the inspection thoroughly and was very professional.

Michael was extremely professional and detail oriented. He is knowledgeable and answered all of our questions in as simple way as possible. Michael provided some additional instructions to take care of teh property. The inspection report provided had images, details and to-do actions based on importance. I would recommend Michael to anybody who is looking for a trustworthy and reliable service provider.

Alert - this company incentivizes reviews by offering cash back in return! So please be treat the reviews with a grain of salt. I wish I knew about the practice before I engaged Michael.
My experience with him was different. He came across as lazy as he would not bother to open an Aircon cover at the ground level or move some furniture to look at the walls in the basement. He did not provide me a summary of his findings upon finishing his inspection, just took his money and left. The report came quickly but he would not answer calls on follow up questions and was down right rude on the responding on email. This could have been avoided if he had spent 5 minutes explaining his observations and this would have helped me better negotiate with the Seller. Overall, I did not have a good experience and I would certainly not recommend him due to his work ethic and attitude.

Mike was very thorough and took the time to point out various findings. His report was comprehensive and shared it on the same day of the inspection.

Aaron was very professional, extremely helpful and descriptive with everything he found. He explained it in a way that helped us to understand the impact of the issue, and how urgent things needed to be repaired. Also, he told us to contact him at anytime, even years down the line, if we have any questions or concerns.

Michael, was absolutely amazing and saved us the inspection cost as he indicated we already know what the issues are and they will cost us a lot of money. He only accepted a few for his travel and gas. He was quick and efficient. I would highly recommend him.
