Informative, Thorough and Friendly Home Inspection by Chris
Chris was able to accommodate after a last minute reschedule and showed up on time for the home inspection. Before starting, he gave us a brief and friendly intro on how he'll conduct the inspection. He recommended best practices for maintenance and repair, which demonstrated his expertise. On top of that, he was very approachable and friendly as he answered questions that we had. The report was emailed to us 2 hours after the inspection, in thorough detail.
Overall, this was a very pleasant experience and we definitely recommend Chris for your next home inspection.
