We had Michael do home inspection for our house for 1-yr warranty. We've had Michael do an inspection for us on a resale home about 7 years ago and we liked how meticulous and professional he was then. And we had the same experience this second time!
Michael is very organized, careful going around the house, he is very engaging, answered all our questions, he explains what he looks for and he writes his reports promptly and thoroughly. We highly recommend his services!
