Chris was super knowledgeable and thorough, and took the time to educate us on what he was seeing. He also ensured to take time to answer all of our questions.
The report we received went through everything and included recommended actions and the timeframes for doing so. It also explained how all the problems could occur and what further issues could be caused by them.
The only star I took off is because we found vermiculite and we were told we would have to bring in another person to get a sample for outside testing. According to our agent, some inspectors are able to do that themselves, so that was a bit inconvenient, however, it turned out there was a previous inspection done, so it wasn't required.
Would definitely recommend to a friend, especially for Chris' knowledge and the report which is more thorough than any other I've ever seen.

Every home inspection should be thorough. It is a big investment and I want you to have all the important information needed to make the right decision. A home inspection also should provide regular maintenance information so that regular upkeep can be done so you can maintain the home.
In regard to the vermiculite found, as a home inspector I can't remove anything from the home for liability reasons. Generally not recommended without homeowners permission. Great that a test has already been done. Thanks Chris
