Based on a coworker's recommendation, I contacted 4Sight Inspections and met with Aaron (in the London, ON area) recently. From the start, I was impressed with their website and the option to book online.
When we met with Aaron, we found him to be extremely approachable and kind. We are first-time home buyers and are completely new to this process. Aaron was very thorough and explained things in a way that was easy for us to understand. I was unsure if a home inspection was needed, but my partner, the seller, and family were very impressed with his service and that it was well worth the cost.
I was also pleasantly surprised with the quick turnaround for receiving the report. Within hours, I had the complete file, full of detailed recommendations, instructions, and photos.
