My wife and I recently purchased a house in Mississauga without conditions, so we decided to do a home inspection to find out if any major work would be needed. Michael was recommended to us by our real estate agent.
Michael was great communication-wise. He was prompt at replying his emails and even helped us book our appointment while he was away on vacation. He was right on time on the day of the inspection and was extremely professional throughout the whole process. We also appreciated that he removed his shoes before coming inside. He went around, outside and inside the house very thoroughly. Coming from a condo, we had many questions regarding regular house maintenance and he was great at answering all our questions and even giving us advice. We received the final report the next day.
