I would highly recommend Mike from 4 Sight. I had a really good experience with Mike who was very thorough throughout the inspection and answered all the questions I had.
Mike arrived early for the inspection and began the inspection of the exterior of the house. I walked with him throughout the inspection and he pointed out some immediate concerns and some not so immediate ones.
