Michael went out of his way to come and inspect my families' home. He arrived spot on the time of day that we had agreed upon. He spent 3 hours of solid work completing the inspection. He inspected the house from top to bottom including climbing on the roof and up into the attic. Luckily the only issues identified were minor but each was discussed with us and a solution given to correct the situation. Included in his fee, is a follow-up visit to inspect and report on the corrective measures as suggested by Michael once completed. Michael did an extremely detailed inspection in a very professional manner.
