Capital House And Carpet Cleaning This Company Is No Longer In Business

Purchased the 3 room carpet cleaning deal from LivingSocial. Booked the appt through their automated web form. Received automated email reminders up until the actual appt time. Spent 2 hrs clearing out the 3 rooms I wanted cleaned but the carpet cleaners never showed up!! Toll free number is out of service, and they never respond to email inquiries. I would file a case with BBB but they've wasted enough of my time already. Thank god LivingSocial has awesome customer service!!

Impossible to book appt. Website forms don't work, they don't reply to emails. Don't waste ur time. I even researched the co but the name is so close to Capitol Carpet cleaning that I got fooled w wrong company.

Bought carpet cleaning through groupon. Booked appt online. Received email reminder day before and they never showed up. Toll free # doesn't allow u to speak to anyone. I filed a report through the better business bureau. Still waiting for my money back

So despite being skeptical about this company I made the bad choice of purchasing Groupons for Capital. They regularly cancel appointments the night before with Lame excuses.
Keep away and save your time and money. Book a REAL cleaning company!!!

I purchased a voucher from livingsocial for 3 home cleaning visits through capital house cleaning. I used their website to make my first booking for just after Christmas as they do not offer services on the weekends. The day before the appointment I received an automated email reminder advising me of the appointment and that I should allow for at least 1 hour passed the scheduled arrival time due to unexpected delays. I was fine that and arranged my day to be there for the appointment. About 12 hours before the appointment I received another email confirming the appointment once more. When the appointment time arrived no one had showed so I waited the hour as requested. 30 more minutes later I sent an email as stated on their website with no response from capital. After almost 3 hours passed the appointment I sent an additional email with still no response to date. A complete waste of time. Clearly not a legitimate business.
