Doro has done all kinds of work for me over the years. He is skilled at all kinds of renovations. He is so meticulous and is able to deal with all the unexpected problems that happen with an older home. He's honest, careful, and has very high standards of workmanship I recommend him to everyone I know!

Summer 2015, Doru and his partner Joe completed the plumbing, tile, framing, drywall and trim for a basement reno and main floor powder room in Leslieville. Doru and Joe were flexible to work with when the scope of the project changed and were by far the most reasonably priced professionals we interviewed (about 8 we checked). Doru is a true professional with a keen eye for detail. He worked very hard to make us happy, and having experience in construction, I was demanding. I look forward to working with Doru on future projects and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a project similar to ours.

Doru is very professional and came to our place twice to scope the work. We had him in to do some drywall, make custom closets in our laundry room and basement, as well as some other odds and ends around the house. He stayed on budget and completed great quality work. We had a good idea of what we wanted, but the assistance he provided with the design was great, and was able to make our useless space into something very functional. We are very happy with Doru's work and would recommend him to anyone for any construction-related job.

Heptagon (Doru) was fantastic! I highly recommend Doru to anyone looking for drywall, framing and custom built-ins. We hired Doru to re-drywall our laundry room and build custom shelving and closets in our basement. Doru provided a reasonable and accurate quote and did not exceed the quote. I hired Doru to install a few closet doors based on the great reviews on HomeStars and he didn't disappoint. The doors I had purchased were too short and narrow for the space so Doru had to build around them and encase them in. He completed the work quickly and expertly always keeping the space clean and tidy. I later had floors installed which effected the closing of one of the doors and Doru came back and fixed the problem at no cost to me despite it not being his fault. That's professionalism! I would definitely recommend him.

Doru and his associate, Joe, are both accomplished and experienced carpenters & cabinet makers. They also do quality masonry and concrete work. Topping it all off, they are honest, polite, and a pleasure to work with.
