I had a very good experience in service with this Smart Movers. The customer service was awesome, easy to understand and very friendly. The guys were nice and neat. They were professional and did an outstanding job for us. The movers had tools and were able to take care of my big furniture as well as the smaller boxes and stuff. Packing was done up to my satisfaction. I liked the way they communicated to me and my family. It was really great and so convenient. We did receive all the services that we requested. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. Thank you smart movers group.

Movers really smart. They disassembled all my furniture easily and moved my sofas and large items very efficient with no any damages. I appreciate their help and if I gona move agail I will use Smart movers 100%.

Smart Moves did a fantastic job for my family. The move went really smooth, guys were really hard working, and respectful of our things. What I liked the most was that movers were careful with our furniture and boxes. I was really happy with packing and the way they worked. All furniture arrived in the same condition as how it has been loaded. Overall we received all the services that we have requested. I'm completely happy and satisfied. I would highly recommend them without any doubt at all.

I found Smart Movers Canada to be extremely professional. The movers arrived right on the clock. They were organized in every step of the way. In comparison to the competitors, they are great value for money. Everything was individually wrapped and protected with pads and plastic which they brought with them and on the delivery they reassembled all our dismantled furniture. The quality of work, communication and customer service was top notch. The whole move was done without any issue. I'm very impressed with the service and I would like to thanks the entire company team.

I talked to them on the phone about an upcoming move and gave my address and credit-card number. They said they'd send me an email and I should reply to confirm. I didn't reply to the email and thought that meant the reservation wasn't confirmed. I went with someone else.
Then the day before the move they called to ask if it was going ahead and said 48 hours' notice was required to cancel, so they were going to charge me $100! Nice touch that they didn't call two days before the move.

Smart movers did a great job. People from our crew were very nice, courteous and respectful. They came on time and they were very careful with our stuff and they got everything done in estimated time. Alex and Roman were very professional, very knowledgeable in what they were doing. They're efficient, they kept everything in order and nothing got damaged. Before they left they built our furniture and made sure all items stayed in right place. The price was very reasonable compared to other companies. Overall I had exceptional experience with smart movers from start to finish. I couldn't have asked for a better crew. I'll definitely be using them again. Would recommend smart movers any day. Excellent service!!
