After reading all the reviews of this company, I had good expectations. Unfortunately, I was disappointed. They showed up on time but seemed to have no dolly, ramp or hand truck (ended up using mine). 4 1/2 hours to load the contents of a 2 bedroom apartment - unbelievable. The drivers seemed surprised that the move was to Guelph so the entire process was repeated at the other end - again, no dolly, ramp, etc. They did pack everything carefully but without my daughter and I helping to unload, the move would have taken more than the 9 1/2 hours it ended up being. This was the worst move I have EVER had and I have moved a lot in the past 15 years. As they charge by the hour, it's not rocket science to see why there's no interest in speed. I cannot recommend this company to anyone and I feel ripped off. Shame on Smart Movers.
