We had the misfortune of having a break-in through the front door and we knew our first choice would be Optima Windows and Doors to fix our front entry way. We knew we could count on Alina to helped us with our Front Door replacement because she helped us several years ago to purchase our first door with Optima. We had a great experience with Alina who helped us worked out the size/options/details of the door. The installation team, I want to say, was like a live "DIY" TV show. They were very professional with their work...made sure the new door was what we ordered...deconstructed the damaged door...prepped/made repairs to opening...installed the new door...squared/leveled the door frame with laser leveler (very meticulous squaring the door)...insulated the gaps with spray foam...installed the door molding trim...filled the nail holes/silicon around the door trim...outdoor caulking was a close match to the door color...cleaned up after themselves. I could see the installation team took pride in their work and answered any questions/concerns at that moment. I would recommend Optima Windows and Doors to my family and friends because they have proven to me (twice) that they have great product and service.
