Unfortunately we had a mishap and as a result, did serious damage to our floors. The damage could not be repaired and needed to be replaced. Of course we called Sebastien right away.
Sebastien came to the house, took a look and was back within a few days to remove the damaged wood and install the new wood. Sebastien even went to the hardwood store to pick up more wood as I had underestimated the amount required.
As usual, Sebastien was on time, respectful and absolutely professional. You wouldn't even know there was damage or that a section had been replaced.
