Hi James thanks for letting us know about your situation. I will have a supervisor come by tomorrow and do a respray for you. You may have smaller leaf weeds like clovers or black medic which can require an additional spray. We cannot make the formula stronger or it will kill your lawn. Our formula is the manufacturer recommended mix rate. You are noticing the weeds turn black which means the weed control is working and the formula is correct. There can be weed regrowth with the stronger/mature weeds, and they will get weaker and weaker everytime we spray them. Everytime we cause the weeds to go black, it uses its energy reserves (shrinking the root system) to regrow. New weeds or already weakened weeds dont return as the roots are killed. This may take 2-4 sprays to occur. This is how we are able to reduce weeds on your lawn but it does take time depending on your exisitng weed population when you signed up with us this year. We have had many customers that we have turned around thier lawn, but it may take some patients to get that "golf" appearance lawn. I hope we could inform you on the process, but next time you can call or email us also.
