I have been using Sunny Way Window Cleaners for several years. Never had a problem until now. Very rude service people came to do my windows and I did not hear back from the office when I called to complain. I asked them to do something extra (very small job) and they quoted me an astronomical price. I WON'T BE USING THEM AGAIN!!!

Client had 3 eggs or more splashed in three different spots (all dried up): on front brick wall, painted wooden panel under a window and one on a window that was totally covered by dried egg. Offered client price of $45.00 to clean up all three spots. He got upset. Our crew did all outside window cleaning, totally cleaned the egg from the glass.
