Avoid at all costs!!!
Hired him to build an addition to a commercial property. Things started off promptly but quickly fell apart. Work was done without permits, unsafe working conditions, had my site closed down various times by city inspectors. Failed to show up for weeks at a time. Unqualified workers. Asked for "deposits" for items that i later found out were never paid for. Had building suppliers place a lien on my property as he was not paying for his supplies. Fired him, but he still managed to walk away with $50K in "deposits". Then had to spend thousands in repairing his shoddy workmanship.

I contract Araujo in 2013 to Reno my home and I was honest on time and on top of all I help me making the call on what material to by so I only have good thinks sai a bout Araujo management as we'll all recommend to my frandes

Beware beware. We used Araujo for our full house renovation and boy was it bad news.
- Owner of the company, Nuno, asked for cash
- Suppliers came knocking on our door for money after we already paid Nuno and he was supposed to pay them
- Nuno, not a certified electrician, attempted to do all our new electrical himself. I realized what was going on and hired in my own electrician at my additional expense! The hazard Nuno created was frightening! One example is the whole house wasn't even grounded!!!
- Furnace installed is undersized
- lighting installed had to all be changed and it's only been 11 months
