Excellent work and experience with this company. Rupert and Adrian were professional, polite, thorough and knowledgeable. They immediately removed their shoes, inspected the furnace and vents and located the cold air returns. They explained what they were doing in advance, made some recommendations but did not pressure us with an upsells. They covered vents and returns to maximize suction and remove all of the accumulated debris in our system. They encouraged us to ask questions and provided before and after pictures of our ducts. I highly recommend them and will have them back for the next service.
