Tony, Carlos, Jeff and Nick did an exceptional job on both of our bathroom renovations.
They put in a new shower and tile floor in the main bathroom and it looks fantastic.
When it came time for us to do the second bathroom, new bathtub tiles and floor we knew we wanted Tony and the team back.
They went up and beyond expectations with the little extra things that we had asked for along the way and did a beautiful job.

We knew as soon as we met Tony from 1-Call that he was the person we wanted to contract to do our home upgrade. He was so personable, attentive to our desire to manage the overall cost of the project and great at providing suggestions about the work we wanted to undertake.

Tony gave us an estimated start date and showed up with his crew on that date to start the job. We were very pleased with his team. It was a true pleasure to have them in our home and to get to know each of them.

DELIVERABLES: Ensuite bathroom: The Ensuite was rebuilt from the ground up & we absolutely love the new shower and the overall work done in that room. It looks amazing!

Main Bathroom: We had new floor, counters, backsplash, sink, faucet, lighting & paint done in our main bathroom. We love it!

Kitchen: We had new appliances (stove, fridge & range hood), counters, backsplash, sink & faucets as well as paint done in the kitchen. I love to cook and feel that I am now in a professional kitchen when I am cooking!

That was basically our original job but we then asked Tony if we could extend the project to include replacing lighting, light switches and outlet covers in the rest of the house along with painting all rooms. We don't regret a penny spent. We got a lot for the cost and feel like we've made a huge difference in our home's value. We are certainly happier living in it!

The 1-Call team has a very good process for managing scope creep. I was a project manager before I retired so I know how quickly scope creep can increase the cost of the project. The process to ensure we were aware of the increased costs worked. Each decision made was made with full knowledge of what the financial impact would be. And we went for it all because the work being done was of such high quality that we wanted to take advantage of the team’s momentum to completely update our 1981 house to a modern home.

Tony's estimates were very good and broken down into the elements of the work under contract and how decisions we made throughout would impact the overall cost of the job.

I am also very impressed with how regular reports were submitted which provided me with % of job completed at that point in time.

The team was very conscious of our need to have the kitchen out of commission as little as possible and to always have at least one working bathroom.

The 1-Call team noticed small issues that we didn't even consider and suggested options that considered our financial situation and our desire to have an improved home to live in.

Tony and his team did a good job of renovating our 3 Bed 2 Bath upper floor rental unit. They installed new kitchen cabinets, 2 complete new bathrooms, painted throughout and also fixed a couple of unforeseen rot issues. His team were very friendly and easy to get on with so and Tony provided a very detailed estimate which helped track costs. Generally communication went very well but there were a couple of miscommunications which resulted in Tony having to redo some work at his own cost. The property definitely looks 100% better than when started but we were left with some paint touch ups and more cleanup than we expected.

Very happy with Tony and crew! Professional and polite. Never had any worries of foul language, they were great with communications, setting expectations. I have recommended them to friends and family. I will be using them for my next project in 2017.

All of their workers were extrememly professional as well as friendly and helpful. The work they did was exceptional. Everything works great and looks amazing. I originally hired them to rebuild the bridge in front of my home 5 years ago, and have recently hired them again to renovate my bathroom.
