Michael Rodney was hired to do an inspection of a condo I recently purchased. He was very thorough and was very forthcoming with any questions I had . He explained what he was looking for and how everything worked. A full report was sent to me indicating the overall condition of the unit along with pictures of areas I had concerns with. I am very satisfied with his service and would recommend him to anyone who may need his expertise.
