Dave is great. He helped diagnose the reason for my hot water pressure being low in certain parts of the house which helped solve the problem. He did an excellent job solving the obstructions around running the water line to the fridge.

He is extremely honest and would use him again for any plumbing concerns that arise.

David was fantastic from the first contact, right through to the completion of the job. He showed up early and ready to get to work.

Dave and his apprentice came on time, found that the drain clog was a nasty one; worked for over an hour but finally succeeded in clearing the drain. He had all the tools necessary for the job.

Great, friendly service and trustworthy. Called to have a leaky faucet replaced and once the faucet was out there was a plethora of issues with the hidden pipes behind the walls. They worked through the many set backs and got my faucet fixed without having to rip through walls or tear through ceilings, which was a huge relief. Will definitely be using again for the complete bathroom reno.

I have had Dave out to my house on two occasions, once to put in a new dishwasher and remove the old, and the last time to put a tap on outside, and fix the toilet that was making a weird noise!
The toilet just needed some adjusting, and the tap out in my backyard looks great. Dave also noticed a tap at the side of the house that had an incorrect fitting which he fixed.
Dave is professional and cheerful, and I'd definitely recommend him!

I looked up Durham Plumbing online and read the Home Star reviews. After a few calls and emails, we decided to go with Dave to have our ensuite drain unplugged. He was very good to take the time to answer all our questions. He was early for the appointment which was great and called ahead to let us know he could make it early. He unclogged the drain and adjusted the shower for us. Dave offered professional service and advice. I would not hesitate to contact Dave again and would highly recommend his services to anyone needing plumbing services!

We'd been having issues with extreme hot showers or no hot water at all. We called another company to investigate the issues & after $300 & fixing the main water valve, we still had hot water issues.

We contacted Dave & after multiple emails & phone calls in which Dave was very helpful & professional, we decided to go with Durham Plumbing Services.

Dave investigated our issue & was able to resolve it quickly. We had some other work done too, on bathtub taps & this was also done very professionally. Him & his helper are very clean & respectful. And the quote was exactly what we paid.

Dave and Rob did an excellent job. I found the company highly recommended by reviewers here and decided to give them a try. Dave quoted me the toilets supply and replacement cost and agreed to come check out a few other plumbing issues we were having. They were punctual, very clean before/after and Dave explained every job/inspection/diagnosis. He was very honest as one of my concerns were just the expansion/contraction of the pipes and did not need any work done. The charges for the extra work were reasonable and Dave had the parts in his truck. We are pleased with the toilets (recommended by Dave) and the work done. These new toilets flushes so well and refill so quickly compared to our 15 year old basic house developer models. Thank you Dave and Rob!
